Carpet Upholstery Cleaning

We only use high quality, biodegradable pre-spray “Green release” by Whyte’s specialised products. This product is safe to use on all types of carpet and upholstery. When we arrive at your property we will assess your carpet / upholstery. If needed, we will pre-vacuum your carpets, then pre-spray and steam clean your carpets leaving them clean and fresh. A pleasant fragranced deodorant is then applied (if you wish).

Any stains that can be identified will be treated with specific products for that type of stain. If the stain can’t be identified, then a neutral ph spotter will be used so that we do not “set” the stain which can result in a stain that cannot be removed.

However, no one can guarantee to remove all stains and we will advise you on the likelihood of removal and take extra time and care when needed. Some carpet cleaners will try to guarantee stain removal. This is a gimmick because that is impossible. Certain stains will be permanent because they will have altered or dyed the fibers.

For extremely soiled carpets, Clean Steam can use boosters which will remove more dirt and stains than would otherwise be possible. (An extra charge will apply for this method).

Tile and Grout Cleaning Melbourne

We use “Tile Plus” by Whiteley Industries

This is a highly effective method of breaking down oils, grease and soiling from tile surfaces and grout lines. We then use a high pressure cleaner at high temperature to clean your tiles, leaving only a minimal amount of water behind as if you had just mopped your floor yourself.

In some circumstances (depending on the type of tile) we can also apply tile sealer to protect your floor from staining. This is an additional process and extra charges will apply.
